ICHIRAN Maebashi Interchange — Restaurant in Takasaki

The last time I had ichiran was eight years ago. I feel like nothing changed. The amount of noodles that you get a smaller compared to regular places. You’re able to customize your ramen freely, which is a strong point in my opinion. When we first got there it was pretty busy and they said it would be a 20 minute wait but only ended up waiting only 10 minutes in the car. Not the best, but good for a chain. Always wanted to go there my first experience with ichran was my first week in Japan and after that it's become the norm to go there with friends because it's so unique in presentation and concept. Most Japanese ramen restaurants in Japan won't let you choose your ramen spices, noodles thickness, garlic, etc... But this one is. So overall the taste is just fabulous The same goes for the atmosphere and the ramen is always looks and taste delicious no matter how many times you tried it....

Very delicious ramen, one of the best i've had in Maebashi 👌🏼 Orders can be made through the machine at the entrance and also there is a call button at every seat, so even if you have no confidence walking in alone it's easy to navigate your way to get a nice customizable ramen. It can really get packed during weekends...
