飛騨高山 鳳凰らーめん @ Takayama 🇯🇵 – One of the Best Stopovers for a Tasty Ramen 🍜🚗

We stopped by this roadside ramen shop on our way toward Takayama city on a Sunday afternoon in April around 2 PM—and it turned out to be one of the best choices to stop by during our drive.

There’s a kiosk at the entrance where you order and pay, then simply hand the ticket to the owner. Your food is freshly prepared and brought to your table.

We had the karaage set with rice, chashu ramen (topped with wood ear mushrooms), and curry rice—all delicious and satisfying. The restaurant features a traditional Japanese interior, quick service, and free parking right in front.

The ramen was one of the best we had in Japan! The broth was rich and delicious, the noodles had just the right texture (very tasty and still a bit hard), and there were very large and juicy pieces of pork, so everything was top notch 😋 The fried chicken was also delicious. 有名な飛騨高山ラーメン 名前だけは知っていましたが普通のラーメンとどこが違うのかその違いが知りたくて 初めて行って来ました🎵

車で近づくとめちゃくちゃ大きな看板が遠くから見え分かりやすい✨ 駐車場も広く何件かのお店が集合しているようです お昼時でしたが車がほとんどなし あれ？と思いつつ見に行くと休業 お土産屋さん 売店 ラーメン工場？等… ショック

１番端にあるローソンの隣にあるラーメン店舗だけ営業中だったのでそちらに入店✨

入ると誰もお客さんがいない😅 入り口にある食券を最初に買いますがとりあえず店内がめちゃくちゃ寒い❄️ 換気をしっかりしている所は感心しますが寒すぎる😱 思わずいつもは食べない担々麺(大)を買ってしまいました そして１番ストーブに近い席をキープ✨

お水とおしぼりがちっとも来ないのでここでセルフサービスなんだと気がつきました 店内をよく見ると食器置きのアルミの棚もありました

仕切りもパーティションもなくワンフロアです ラーメンはレンゲ 穴あきレンゲ...
