This restaurant is very near to Urauchi bus station and is run by an old lady. You really have to reserve plenty of time to get the lady to prepare. I was rushing in from Urauchi river today hoping to get a quick octopus soba before getting on the bus an hour later back to port.
Once the lady knew that I do not speak Japanese and was only an hour long to dine in, she said everything was sold out even though it was only half an hour ago the restaurant opened.
So reserve plenty of time and learn some Japanese if you want to try...
