Ramen Shin — Restaurant in Tamano

We decided to hit up a spot near Uno Port, and it turned out to be a hidden gem of local comfort. We kept it simple:

1️⃣ Chicken broth ramen 2️⃣ Pork broth ramen

The pork ramen was thick, and the chicken ramen was pure comfort in a bowl

Nothing fancy, but it felt like home. Authentic vibes all the way

And can we talk about the owner? Super friendly, gave us the warmest welcome. It's those little touches that make a meal memorable

We had an amazing time at this place. Both ramen bowls were perfectly balanced – rich and flavourful, yet surprisingly light. It was truly remarkable. The owner was incredibly friendly, fluent in English and just a great person to chat with. With classic Hall and Oates playing in the background, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal.
