This is genuine Italian pizza made to order in a wood fired oven, while this may be a more common occurrence in the more metropolitan areas of Japan, here it is a true rarity and delight. The atmosphere is reminiscent of many small Italian joints all across America, it felt like stepping into a portal back to my hometown. The owner is a lovely man who will gladly offer suggestions/substitutions for those who don't see exactly what they want. Having lived in America, he speaks good English and communication should be no problem for those who don't speak Japanese.

Saturday afternoon, 22.3.2024 A very relaxing mood. A very kind Japanese owner chef. Female customers, children, and lonely individuals would be able to eat with peace of mind. I had two large pizzas while listening to nostalgic music. "Change the World" by Eric Clapton. The owner is particular about his pizza dough and takes pride in it. He makes pizza using wood in a large pizza oven. Thank you. Суботній день, 22.3.2024 Дуже розслаблюючий настрій. Дуже добрий японський шеф-кухар. Жінки, діти та самотні люди могли б спокійно поїсти. Я з’їв дві великі піци, слухаючи ностальгічну музику. «Змінити світ» Ерік Клептона. Власник особливо стежить за своїм тістом для піци та пишається ним. Він готує піцу на дровах у великій печі для піци. Дякую тобі. ごちそうさまです

初めてなのに懐かしい。人間味溢れるオーナーの作り出す料理と空間。オープンより少し早く着いた私達を早めにお店に入れてくださいました。広い店内に私たちだけ。流行りのお店とは対局にあるラフな内装。静かな店内にBGMが流れ始め、オーナーが鼻歌交じりに料理の支度に取り掛かった頃から、マスターが作り出す世界観に包まれていきました。お店にいる外国人スタッフの方に指示するオーナーを不思議に思い、聞けば海外で修行していたとのこと。それからは、オススメの観光地やお店を教えてくれたり、女性の方からも(迷惑になるかもしれないので詳しくは書けませんが)色々良くして頂いたり。料理も抜群に美味しくて、地場の野菜をふんだんに使い、旬のものを扱っています。決して派手ではない、極めてシンプルなのに、美味しい。毎日でも食べたい料理でした。ピザの小麦も健康のために気を使ったものを採用しているみたいです。ただ残念なのは、店内の自然光の光量も少なく、私の腕もスマホもショボイので、写真で料理の美味しさや空気感を思ったように表現できてないこと。。あと、何より驚いたのは、会計時に、沢山のお店からウチを選んでくださってありがとうございます😊 という一言。明らかに一見さん、余所者の私達に。そんな事今まで一度も言われた事なかったです。お店に行って1ヶ月経ちますが、あの時の感動が忘れられず、御礼のため、ささやかですが、このレビューをしたためました。そういえば、店内には、これまで受け入れた外国人の滞在者のピクチャーボードがあります。こんなに沢山の人が訪れるのも頷けます。あと、人間味溢れ、独特のオーラがあって、この人モテるだろうなーとも思いました。これは今度会った時に御本人に聞くことにします。笑

This a great little pizza shop. All the pies are hand-made to order. The crust is the best I've ever had in Japan. And the owner Shiro, manning the oven is a great kind soul. And speaks english well, if that matters. This place is a gem and not to be missed if you are...
