Sushi Ginrin — Restaurant in Tobetsu

Lovely and cozy sushi place located near Royce Cacao & Chocolate Town. We discovered this little gem as there are no other food options nearby after visiting Royce. The owner is a friendly person who welcomes all guests. Despite the language barrier, we were able to have some small conversation with the owner using google translate. Ordered the lunch set which comes with the seafood miso soup and it cost us 1500 yen per person which is quite affordable for sushi. The sushi here are freshly handmade upon ordering. Taste wise, it is definitely one of the best that I've had in Hokkaido. Do note they are only open for lunch and best is to visit before or after Royce Chocolate Town. Hope to visit this place again...

初めての来店です 回転しない列車で運ばれてこないお寿司を食べに来たのは数十年ぶりでワクワクしながら入店しました 家内と行ったのですが、私達の後のお客さんでシャリ切れにて売り切れの様でした ランチのみの営業の様で大将のワンオペで営業していましたのでお茶やお冷やはセルフサービスです オーダーまで少々待ちましたが、とても居心地の良い店内は私達には実家でくつろいでる感じで苦になりませんでした 桶が運ばれてきて、大将のアラ汁は一口目はそのまま、二口目からコショウを振ってくださいには驚きましたが言われた通りしてみるととても旨いっ😋 確かにってなりました アラ汁がこんなに美味いとは目から鱗です♪ お寿司も夫婦でピカイチをオーダーしましたがシャリの酢を感じさせない優しくネタの旨みをしっかり伝えてくれるシャリで、ネタもそれぞれ個性を活かしてくれていてとても美味しかったです 特に私も家内も〆鯖に感動してました

リピート確定です 回転寿司で腹一杯も良いですが、お寿司屋さんのお寿司も自分にご褒美にとてもお勧めです
