Delicious soul food. Local noodle shop that serves ramen and some rice dish. Simple menu but flavoursome. Good for pit stop for those who explore nearby rice field. Menu is in Japanese tho. For those who don’t read Japanese, there is 4 simple ramen: normal ramen, moyashi ramen(vegetable ramen) tantam ramen(meat and vegetable), miso ramen and yakiniku ramen. The place is runs by 2 old couple. So please help the owner to clean your own table and return the bowls back to the counter after you have finish your meal. Enjoy!!!

あずま チャーシューメン 850円♪︎ スープは 鶏系がつよく 和風出汁と醤油でいて さっぱりと 飲み干したくなる 美味しいスープです! 麺は 中細の中華麺で 硬めで頼まなかったけど コシが残った美味しいゆで方で 美味しかったです! チャーシューは 固めのチャーシューで 噛む度に味が染み出てくるのに しょっぱすぎない 美味しいチャーシューで トータル的に 最高のラーメンでした❗️

今食べてます。通り道沿いにある懐かしい定食屋さん。メニュー表記はあるかも知れないけど、入口のラーメン、餃子、の表記に迷わずラーメンと餃子のセット、ライスは別だったのでそれを付けた。おばあちゃんとおじいちゃんの２人で商いしているみたい。肝心のラーメンと餃子は家庭で作った、の懐かしい味。醤油と味噌の2種類あるみたいだけど、指定なしなので鶏ガラスープの醤油味でした。巷でうんちくなラーメン多いけど、通りすがりに一杯食べるか?なんてこうした普通の味が良い。本当は松代駅内のきくやキッチンに寄るつもりがなんと定休日?だった。呆然???だったけど、手前で見かけたこのお店!やっているかな??と飛び込んだ次第。結果、小上がり席でゆったりできた。次はメニューを見て...
