Wabisuke — Restaurant in Tokoname

Nestled in a small shopping section with pottery and woven baskets shops, this restaurant appears to specialize in udon set lunches, sweets and snack. I ordered the recommended meal, a udon curry hybrid type of set meal. The noodles were very interesting, almost gummy in texture but delicious. The restaurant is cozy, with jazz music and wooden decorum humbly lit. Staff were kind and only in the dining room when needed. It felt like a meal at someone’s home. This is the most amazing place I know there around. The mix matcha and ice cream, mochi and other delicious food in a way you will never forget.
