ずっと行きたかったOsteria Imamura さんに予約してお伺いしました。夫がゲーム（ジビエ料理）好きなのと私がパスタ大好きなので鹿の炭火焼と今回は猪のラグーでニョッキ、ゼッポリーネを頂きました。あまり褒めない夫が（笑）鹿をとても気に入り美味しそうに食べていました。ワインもお料理とあっており飲み終わっても無理に二杯目を進めることもなく心地の良い接客でした。（ですので二杯目は飲みたいと思った赤ワインを自分が飲みたいタイミングで注文しました：）シェフも感じがよく居心地が良い空間でまた食べに行きたいと思ったレストランでした。次は猪の炭火焼か、煮込みをオーダーする予定です＾＾ Found a great Italian restaurant long ago reading all the good reviews looking at their blog and photos...Finally I reserved a table for 2 to enjoy Osteria Imamura's food! The place was nice, clean warm and cozy. The chef was polite with a nice smile. My husband and I ordered charcoal grilled deer, gnocchi, and zeppoline. They were pleasant and delicious...so delicious that even my husband who doesn't give a lot of compliment about anything much loved it. We also had three drinks and I loved the fact that a chef didn't pressure me to order more drinks after finishing a drink. Overall it was a nice restaurant with great food and service and we would very much like to go back there again in the near future!...

ママ友と恒例のランチ会
色々行きたいお店はありますが、 何を食べても美味しいイマムラさんのお料理。 息子が高校生くらいの頃に、 パスタと言えばイマムラさんと言う具合に、 定期的に伺っていました♪♪
ランチは土日のみですが、 ランチメニューは無くアラカルトオンリーです♡
そしてこの日注文したのは、 ◎本日の前菜盛り合わせ２人前 ◎和田島釜揚げシラスとキャベツのペペロンチーノ ◎ジンジャエール
前菜盛り合わせは、 ２人前で4400円ですが、 イマムラさんの 美味しい定番がてんこ盛り♡ とてもお得な前菜なのです☆彡
ハムやサラミも しっかり味濃くて美味しいですが、 鱧のフリッターとゼッポリーネが、 絶妙な塩味と磯の香りがして、 とても美味しい☆彡 カプレーゼや、 桃と生ハムもワイン飲みたくなります♪ キッシュにマリネもひとつひとつが本当に美味しい☆彡
そして釜揚げシラスとキャベツのペペロンチーノも、塩味のバランスが絶妙〜❤️
家庭的なお味も感じつつ、 シンプルな食材が、 更に美味しくなって、 身体も嬉しくなるお料理です☆彡
そしていつもニコニコの店主も、 居心地の良さも抜群のイタリアンでした☆彡
