中華銘菜 慶 Qing（チン） — Restaurant in Tokyo

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. We came since we saw photos of Peking duck on Google maps. We called ahead to reserve a duck and when we got there were asked how many pieces of duck we wanted. What ended up coming out though was just the skin and none of the meat. When we asked about the meat they said they don’t serve it which was wild to me. I also don’t understand what the photos I saw on Google maps were since it does look like they served the meat at one point.

The other dishes we got were okay. Nothing amazing. The duck did taste good but for the price we were paying I would have expected the meat also. The portions were also on the smaller side of things.

If we didn’t get the Peking duck the meal as a whole would have been better but the restaurant I think is still a tad expensive considering the portions...

●感想 あまり下調べをせずふらっと訪問。 メニューを見ると、至る所にパクチーの文字見え、 お通しまで白菜とパクチーのサラダでびっくり！

ノーマルの水餃子を食べたかったのですが パクチー水餃子しかないとのことで、 同行者が食べれる人だったので注文。 皮に練り込まれているため緑色で見た目も可愛らしく、生のパクチーよりも風味はマイルド。 厚めの皮に包まれた餡にも 刻んだパクチーが入っていましたが、 苦手な私でもなんとかいただけました。

麻婆豆腐は熱々ぐらぐらで登場。 花山椒の痺れがしっかり効いていて豆腐はぷるぷる。 コクも十分で美味しかったです。

勢い余って追加した冷やしネギつゆそばは あっさりとしたスープがクセになる味わいで思わず完飲。チャーシューとネギのシンプルな具材がまた良かったです。

同行者が頼んでいたパクチー冷麺の麺は どうやら細めの中華麺が使われているようでした。 こちらもパクチーもりもり。

杏仁豆腐はひんやり＆むっちり系。 甘さ控えめで口直しにもぴったり。

I had the weekday lunch set. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The food was fine, nothing bad but nothing spectacular. I was a bit disappointed about the set’s value. You can get seconds for rice, but the overall...
