京王あそびの森 HUGHUGカフェ — Restaurant in Tokyo

Great indoor play area, the kids absolutely love it. It's not filled wall to wall with play things but what they do have is excellent. There's a ball pit around a large jungle gym, the main feature is a huge tree shaped rope net structure of various levels with interconnecting rope tunnels. The entrance has multiple smaller ball pits for the younger kids. We paid about $56 for 2 kids and 2 adults for all day access. Mrs Jenny assisted us in purchasing tickets from the kiosk. If she's not available the top left button is kids and bottom middle is adults. There's a ¥400 deposit for each ticket but that will be returned upon leaving. After purchasing the tickets another worker activated the cards for all day access. There is a Cafe but it does look quite expensive, about $10 per adult meal and $8 per child. 土曜の昼に利用。 この周辺は子どもの食事処が少ないため、ここに集中する。 11時ごろに行ったところ10組以上待ち。 受付で電話番号入れることで呼び出ししてもらえるのは良いシステム。 電話で呼び出され、お店に戻ったところ3組目くらい。店内ちょこちょこ空きはありそう。店員が入口に来てはタブレットを確認するがまた戻っていく。何度もうろちょろしているが何もしない。何度か無駄な往復したのち、たまに呼ぶが、声がめちゃ小さい。入口付近にいる人しか聞こえないレベル。 挙げ句の果て、痺れを切らした別の親子が声かけたところ、またうろちょろしたのちに案内し始めた。その親子の持っている番号が自分より後ろだったため、「なんであっちが先に呼ばれるのか？」と尋ねたところ、すぐに通された。意味が分からない。 店内広めだが、店員の数もそれなりにいる。だが質が低い。おしゃべりしてる、ウロウロしてる、子供椅子の案内もない、声が小さい、等々。 食事については、少し高めだが、食事の提供は早く、ボリュームもそれなり、味もそれなり、店内は定期的に電車が走り、子どもには良い。 子連れが多く大変なのは察するが、混むのもわかっていることなので、それなりの対応のできる店員を...
