Bikkuri Donkey — Restaurant in Tokyo

We had a great experience. The place wasn't very busy on a Monday night. We are foreigners visiting Japan and the restaurants here have like a tablet that you order on. It does have a button for English. The tablet makes it very convenient to order your food or to call a waiter if you need. Also, there are machines that you can pay instead of paying at the table. All the food that we had was very delicious. They had a choice to sub rice for cauliflower rice and it was very good.

Bikkuri-Donkey is always a great and unique place to have an affordable meal. I love their hamburger platters and their unique drinks and etc. Unfortunately they don’t have the big wooden menus anymore, I guess it’s a sign of the times. That was a little disappointing but the quality of the food didn’t change. You can now order from the Digital Touch pad, cool but not the same. Also, you can substitute the rice with cauliflower! It's just okay...Pros: the portions are pretty big, in the ice cream is amazing. Cons: variety of menu is lacking...the only thing they have on the menu is literally just beef... no grilled chicken, no seafood of any kind... only hamburger and one variety of steak.
