They’re a sushi store, amazingly has a savory udon Their sushi is big (compared to the chain sushi) and also fresh. I don’t rly eat wasabi, yet they put the wasabi inside, surprisingly it was good Their ginger was the best

Anyway they have a half portion set for the udon. So maybe I’ll try the half portion next time since full portion set is too big for me. Their udon is not the usual big noodles but more like a thin and flat noodles. A new taste of udon broth for me and refreshing. Their soba noodles also good~

あくまでも個人的な感想です。 その日、その時のネタの仕入れも、あると思いますが、

高級回転寿司の回らない寿司屋さん的なイメージでした。

回転寿司チェーン店も、日によってネタが凄く良い時とダメダメな時があると思います。私が訪れた日のハマチは、チェーン店の良い時のハマチよりダメでした。 好きなエンガワの単価が高くて、もしかしたらヒラメの縁側では？と思い注文しましたが、出てきたエンガワは、ヒラメではなく、回転寿司チェーンで出てくるエンガワでした。オヒョウのエンガワ？なのでは？しかし回転寿司チェーンのダメな時のエンガワの５倍くらい、いい時の２倍はありましたので、食べごたえもあり美味しいと思いました。白子の軍艦も、間違いなく真ダラの白子だと思いますが、イマイチでした。高級魚クエ！美味しいと思いました。

最初に食べたシーフードサラダ？凄く美味しいと思いました。その他にも美味しい握りもありましたが、マグロ五点盛りはイマイチでした。
