Burger King - Emio Hoya — Restaurant in Tokyo

I absolutely love Burger King burgers because of the price and definitely because of the Taste however my husband waited about 30 minutes after his order to wait for our order. I can’t believe how long it took to get our burgers! It usually does take a little while to get a burgers at Burger King because I know that they’re made to order, Hence you can have it your way, but it would be great if they can at least speed up the process...

It was a non-peak time when I went there and there were less than five customers, but the staff looked very tired especially the counter. She doesn’t know how to approach the customer, totally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s just like she hasn’t eaten in days or she doesn’t want to work. I bet they are not overworked because they were just standing doing nothing while waiting...

This store is located in the Hoya station building. I went there around 8.30 p.m. for the first time, and it wasn’t crowded. The atmosphere of the shop is calm and quiet. The staff works efficiently, and the burgers here are delicious. The prices are very reasonable. You can get good deals there. Honestly, I can’t say this store is super clean. It’s better to pay...
