Female owner runs the restaurant. Located in front of Hoya Station for easy access.
I bought a bowl of Chuka-soba (Chinese noodle) for 880 yen. This is Eifukucho type, so you can have 2 bowls of noodles even if it's a regular serving.
 I ate it!  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ The soy sauce sauce sauce has an impact with its contoured flavor. Along with its saltiness, the lard of the aromatic oil and the niboshi (dried sardines) and knots of the dashi broth are in harmony.
The noodles are Kusamura Shoten's medium thin wavy noodles. It is boiled well, soft and churned up.
