This is one of the best tonkotsu ramens I had. normally I donât eat donkotsu because of the oily soup base and after eating it you will feel thirsty because of the oily and salty But this ramen is different the soup is not oily at all and the taste just right. We had the doraichi tama ramen and tsukemen.
The doraichi tama ramen is very nice and Char SiuïŒãã£ã·ã¥ãŒïŒpork meat is really soft not oily at all. The ajitama (å³ç) taste really good! I mean the combination is best. The thin noodle is soft and fine thin really nice as well.
For the Tsukemen, the noodle is chewing and thickness is just perfect and nice too. The soup is totally different from tonkotsu soup.
The ramen owner is very friendly and service with a smile to the customer. If you have a student they will give you Ajitama for free service. We are lucky to have to give a free Ajitama because we move to give more space to another customer.
Overall, I fully recommend this ramen shop, if you have the time or any possibility to visit here. This is out of center Tokyo but worth is to try and you will...

Adding some condiments helps to change up the flavor, but not enough to make...
