I quite like this family restaurant and the menu has something for everyone. You need to register at the machine as you walk in ( after washing your hands) and there are a number of language options. The machine gives you a ticket and when your number comes up, scan the QR code and go to the highlighted table. This particular restaurant has the food delivered by robots - pretty cool! - as well as the usual drinks bar etc. I had the seared tuna bowl with raw egg and tempura. I upgraded my miso to one with small clams - which I love,! I thought my tuna bowl was a little bit average and the tempura was lukewarm and flabby. Hence a star taken off. There seems an unwritten rule that families with young kids get the tatami space, so go for western seating if you want to avoid the commotion...
