Kagonoya — Restaurant in Tokyo

We have been using this store for many years and I should be leaving 4 or 5 stars. We have been very happy using this place before but on our last visit we noticed quite a big change and it is not good for the customers OR the staff. Management seemed to think it’s a good idea to have anyone on the table be able to order from their smartphone and it’s creating chaos. I feel really sorry for the staff, as clearly they can’t keep up with the number of orders coming at them when it’s busy. Please please change it back to ordering by the table tablet, as it encourages the guests to communicate more about what is being ordered and the orders will go through to the kitchen in a more manageable manner. By phone, tables can easily mistakenly order double or triple of the same item and that creates extra unnecessary work for the staff and waste. Also, it sucks having guests at a table looking at their phones often. It has affected the level of service the staff are able to provide and it is not their fault, it’s management having made a poor choice for the type of...

This is our regular family place for special occasions. It’s wheelchair friendly, with a good parking lot, and spacious private rooms. The food is not cheap, but really tasty and a good place to try special Japanese cuisine beyond sushi...

かごの屋 鷺宮店 新青梅街道沿いにあるファミリーレストランのようなチェーン店です。平日の夕方、駐車場のあるお店を探してさまよっていたら、たまたま見つけました。 色々なところにあるのは知っていましたが、初めて利用しました。 今回はすき焼きの定食を注文しました。 おすすめポイントは、お肉の量がかなり多い。鍋の中にすでに小見￥肉が3枚入っているのと、おかわりように3枚の計6枚のお肉が入っています。 少し脂身が多いように感じましたが、お鍋で温めて食べることにより、重い感じもせずペロっといただけました。 また、ご飯は釜で提供されるので、炊き立てで提供されます。（提供時間が炊き上げ時間と合わないような気がしますが、炊き立ての美味しさでした） 値段も高くないので、色々なシーンで利用できますね。 ごちそうさまでした。
