So the staff here tried to rip me off. I ordered a stew and asked if it came with rice. They said no, so I asked how much it was, since rice wasn’t anywhere on the menu. He spent about a minute shuffling through the menu, then told me to wait, then came back and spent another minute shuffling through the menu. Then he said 250 yen, and I was about to refuse, when he then said 150 yen, then 100 yen, after which I said okay. When I went to pay, I noticed the receipt said 200 yen for rice. I explained it to the cashier, and he came back with a receipt that was 50 yen lower. I told him that his math was wrong, and that it should be 100 yen lower, after which he started laughing and finally gave me the correct price, as if he was trying to trick me on purpose. Should note that the staff were all Indian when I was there....
