The service was excellent. Can’t compliment the workers here enough. Not an easy job but they work so hard and are such kind people. It was our first time so we got schooled on how to pickup the items from the belt and so forth. Food was good although the special order items could have been a bit better and perhaps bigger in size but as long as you stick to the 125yen belt items, you’ll be satisfied. Great place to have cheap and delicious sushi. The price is very affordable and they have a wide selection of sushi, desserts, rice bowls and seasonal offerings. The kitchen does appear to take some time to prepare the ordered items, but then again I was there around late noon, the whole restaurant was full of customers waiting for their turns to be seated.

Left with a full stomach and a pretty decent bill after dining...

もう行かない。 かなりのメニュー値上げ ポテト350円はボッタクリ。あの品質、量のポテトは円安の影響下であったとて原価５０円もつかないだろうに。 マックのポテトと比べたら雲泥の差。 席や運営のサービスの質の違いはあるのは理解できなくは無いが、高すぎるでしょう。

握りも値上げが凄く、天ぷらの握りは【揚げたて】などの付加価値を歌っているが、以前から揚げたてだったと感じていたので何も魅力に感じない。

常に変わらないビッくらポンの昭和アニメの香りのする勝負動画も酷い。 運営のアイデアが乏しく、客を飽きさせないという努力が感じられない。 ガチャガチャのコラボキャラクターに依存している。 子供が喜ぶだけで、中身など興味が無い客層の自分にはそう感じる。

日曜日の１１時来店。 店内は空いており待たずに着席。３レーン中２レーンのみの運用だったのか？人手が無いのか？ 入店から早速オーダーをしたが、１０分ほどたっても何も寿司が届かない。７皿ほど注文していたが、追加のオーダーも『込み合っているので今はオーダーできません』の案内が流れた。 タッチパネルにはただ今のご注文８分かかります。の文字。これいつ来るねん。と思っていたら表示の時間が１０分に。 ファストフードとして終わっている。と感じた。

さらに待っていても来ないので呼び出しボタンを押して催促してしまった。対応していただいた従業員の方は平謝りと、責任者へ伝えますと仰っていただいたのだが、従業員は悪くない。

ひょっとしたらコロナの影響でシフトが確保できずにギリギリの運用だったのかも知れないが、そうならそうで客と従業員のことを考えて店の運営に対して上層部は重要な判断をすべきではないでしょうか。

平日のランチの天丼セットなどが好きで、子供を連れて行くと、今までは満足度が高かったので、好印象を持っていたが、今回非常に残念に感じて、やっと届いた寿司を食べて４人で１０００円ほどのオーダーのみで店を出た。行かなければ良かった。 ２度と...
