McDonald's — Restaurant in Tokyo

Today is july 22, 2023 . There is fireworks display near arakawa. Expected that many people visit the store because mcdo is very convenient right ? But not in this store. We often visit here because it’s near in our apartment, we understand sometimes that they prioritized the drive-thru but today ! They are even busy in drive thru , we waited 40 mins to take the order . To the point that when we arrived at the store we are 6th in line. But it takes 40 mins. The crew leave the counter empty. He always cooked potato fries but there’s a lot of potato fries that already cooked. And there’s someone who assigned there. The kitchen is not that busy . They are like gossiping and playing inside. That is why when our food came it’s not freshly cooked or served. The potato fries are gross. It’s not freshly cooked ! Please do something on your crew during night shift! Mcdo is fast food . I don’t have problem in the taste of food. As always...

ここは本当にミスが多いです😥 ストローやコーヒーのシロップ類が入っていないことは頻繁にありますが、中でも酷かったものをピックアップします。

・ドライブスルーでチーズバーガーのピクルス抜きを頼んだのに、チーズバーガーのチーズ抜きが入っていました。つまりただのハンバーガーです(笑)もちろん料金はチーズバーガー分取られています。 走り出してから気づいたので、運転者には申し訳ないと思いそのまま泣き寝入りしました

・混雑時を避けて来店し、ポテト揚げたてを頼みましたが待つことなくすぐ提供されました。食べたらふにゃふにゃ。揚げたてはもらえませんでした

・ナゲットを注文し、追加でソースを１つ注文したのに中身を見たらソースが１つしか入っていませんでした。

・ひるマック帯にベーコンレタスバーガーのセットを注文し、持ち帰ったら中身がビッグマックでした。ビッグマックのセットの方が安かった…

「ポテト揚げたてを頼んだのに作り置きが出てきた」「ストローが入っていない」には金銭のやり取りがないので百歩譲って仕方ないとしても、 「チーズバーガーを頼んでハンバーガーが提供された」「ナゲットソース追加購入したのに入っていない」など、客側が金銭面で損をするミスは本当にどうにかしてください。

最近はテイクアウトする際は、提供されてからすぐに中身を確認するようにしています。 すごく便利な場所にあるので、このようなミスがなくなることを願っています。
