Mos Burger Kokuryo Station — Restaurant in Tokyo

I ordered the “Mos cheeseburger” with a soy patty, as I’m a vegetarian. BIG MISTAKE! After I started eating it, on closer inspection, I noticed that there were tiny pieces of meat in the sauce! I immediately asked the employees about this and they said all the items that say “Mos” use that sauce! When I explained that I’m a vegetarian and that’s why I ordered the soy patty in the first place, they said some customers did the same but aren’t vegetarian, so they aren’t bothered by the meat in the sauce. Fair enough. They told me the item I wanted is just called “cheeseburger”, which comes with ketchup on top. They immediately remade my order, and the kindest lady brought it to me and apologized. We had a nice talk about the misunderstanding, and I was very appreciative of her great communication skills and attentiveness that you don’t always find in Japan! This lady should get a promotion for her ability to interact with customers naturally and effectively! She even went the extra step and brought me ¥200 which was the price difference in the burgers! イートインスペースは禁煙・喫煙分けてあります。喫煙スペースの方がかなり広いつくりですね。それに扉の奥なので暖房がよく効いている感じがします。

久しぶりのモスはやはり美味かった。トマトと刻み玉葱のソースは間違いなしですね(゜∇^d)!! そこに程好いスパイスが加わって、ダブルのハンバーグがなんとジューシーなこと(￣￢￣)

他のハンバーガーチェーンと比べると若干高めですが、そこはモスバーガー、安定した美味しさを提供してくれますね♪︎...

① この店舗は初めて入店。思ったよりも奥行きがあって広かった。 駅前にあるので子供から大人まで利用している。 夏限定のカレーモスチーズバーガーを食べたが、想像のカレー味とは違ったが、濃いめの味で美味しかった。

② 久しぶりの入店。 モスチーズバーガーとオニポテのセット。 飲み物はクラムチャウダー。 モスバーガーを食べると、運が悪いかいつも玉ねぎが辛いものにあたる。 けど、今回は当たり！辛くない！初めて！ かぶり付いて美味しくいただきました。 そしてモスのオニオンリングは本当美味しい。

③ てりやきバーガーとオニポテセット。 飲み物はコーンスープ。 初めて食べます。てりやきソースには味噌が隠し味で使われてるそうですね。 シャキシャキレタスもたくさん入っていて、マヨネーズも酸味が抑えられていて美味しかった。 前から思っていましたが、コーンスープってほんのりスパイスの香りしますよね。
