Oh man this food is amazing and cheap! 650 yen for a small bowl that fills me up. Add the fact that you get free rice with tons of free condiments to choose from like fresh garlic, sesame seeds, chili oil and more. There's free ice water machine. The large bowl is 850 and 950 for the most expensive flavor.

I don't speak Japanese but if you say "osusume" to one of the workers they'll press the button for you. You really can't go wrong here. Some parts of the menu are in English but mostly in Japanese.

The workers are all family members and really kind. They make this a place worth coming back to over and over again.

There are 2 ramen shops, I recommend this one with the red sign which reads "musashiya mitaka". And there's tons of bicycle and car parking here as well.

Incredibly good ramen. Actually the broth is almost like gravy. Definitely not a light ramen dish, but so flavorful. They ask you if you'd like it with Abura (which is added fat to richen up the flavor). I tried light Abura and their recommended portion. I thought the light one was quite good, but their "ossusume" serving was really tasty.

They also ask you how you like your noodles cooked. Just ask for "futsu" or "ossusume" for everything and you'll be good. "Katame" is how I ordered them, or the ramen equivalent to al dente.

You don't need to add vinegar, sesame, spice, or anything to this ramen, just as-is is amazing. Highly recommend it if you're in the mood for something warm...

It's kind of like family owned ramen shop. They have different kinds of topping and you can customize the order as well. The owner is friendly and supportive although I cannot speak Japanese.
