NAKAU — Restaurant in Tokyo

Great place, I have been visiting some typical restaurants like Sukiya, Yoshinoya,... they have great foods but I would like to recommend this Nakau one. They have morning set with 4 options to choose. I love the salmon set. Also, the rice they used is different, like Vietnamese rice so it's more yummy I think. Don’t expect to have this culinary experience that changes your life, or a warm welcome by everyone. That’s not the point, it’s quick and good food that’s reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. 日曜の14:30ごろ入店しました。

ここ、正直言ってやばいと思います。

従業員の数は規模感で考えたら十分足りていると思うんですが、ちゃんと仕事をやりくり出来る人間が1人もいないように見えます。 たぶん誰1人まともな研修をさせてもらえてないんでしょう。

半分以上が外国人ですが、たぶん彼らなりに一生懸命やってはいるんですが日本語も怪しくて仕事もわかってないからやりようがないんでしょうね。 連携も全く出来ていません。 というか全員仕事がよくわかってないのでたぶん連携どころじゃないんですよ。 見てて可哀想でした。

私はそこまで待たされてはいないですが、ずっと待ってるお客さんが結構いたみたいでみんなイライラしていて異様な雰囲気でした。 オーダーを受けたものの、どのお客さんのオーダーだったか店員さんが把握してないので、完成した料理をお客さん一人一人に「これ頼みました？」って聞いて回ってる始末です。

もう日本人従業員も疲れ切ってるのか、彼らもまた仕事を教わってないのか、助けるそぶりも見せないし、そもそもお互いを気にし合う雰囲気が存在していません。
