First time here after passing it several times on walks and thinking it looked cool and inviting. Ordered lattes to go. There’s a rotation of blends and today it was Indonesian. My wife had the standard “Glossy Blend.” I know it’s Denenchofu, but ¥700 for a cup that’s 60% the size of a “regular” in most coffee shops is frankly ridiculous. The coffee was served slightly above lukewarm and I had to microwave it after a 5-minute drive home. Indonesian beans had good flavour but mine could really have done with an extra shot. The Glossy Bland, as it should be called, is coffee Jim, but not as we know it. Plenty of space inside and relaxing jazz, but can’t comment further as didn’t sit or order food. I won’t be back...
Read moreThis place is my usual work from home place! close to the station, has wifi, plenty of outlets (almost every table has own outlet on the 1st floor), spaced out between each table which I really love about this place. Music, atmosphere, services are very good. Weekdays are pretty empty, so you can focus on work. Weekend is super busy, and food takes awhile to get it. Coffee and other drinks are pretty good, but expensive. Does not have a good food menu. Muffins are small and expensive too. So I don’t recommend to come here for lunch or desserts. The “butter and sugar” had the icing sugar and wasn’t sweet at all. The butter was the unsalted one. 2 big mistakes in one crepe. Note for the chef: brown sugar and salty butter, make the perfect crepe. The “s’more” was crunchy. Crunchy like a galette… crepe should be soft and chewy.
