Decent food, but lukewarm first experience at this restaurant. My friend had visited from Europe and she wanted to get soup. The edamame soup sign outside intrigued us and we went in to order. She ordered the soup, and I had ordered a pizza. The staff informed us that the soup could take 20 minutes to make. We were ok with that, especially since I had to wait anyways for the pizza. The waitress came back one or two minutes later to confirm if we still wanted to proceed. We once again said that it was ok, but she also offered us what I thought was an appetizer while waiting, an edamame muscat. We obliged. After waiting about 20 minutes, and seeing that the pizza was nearing completion, I asked to confirm how the soup was coming along. To our complete disbelief, the soup was cancelled because she thought we had ordered the recommended edamame muscat in lieu of the soup. I didn't think anyone lacked such common sense as to cancel the soup when we were already willing to wait for the pizza. If waiting 20 minutes for a soup was too long, why did she not make the same assumption for the pizza? Why did she come back a miniute later to confirm once again if we actually still wanted the soup, but didn't question us on the pizza order when it too takes a while?

Read moreこちらのお店は人を選ぶお店です。 自分たちがお店からどう思われているかはとても大事にしています。 その点で、次はないと感じ利用ポイントを捨て、誕生日プレートも失念されていたので、断って店を出ました。
オーナーシェフは常連にはお見送り、初見にはないです。 (かなり下品な笑い方をされていたお客様です。) 個人的にいかなるお客様へも「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」の部分は同じ対応をされたほうがいいと思います。 (常連さんだから、サービスする、話が弾むなどはいいと思います。)
味ですが、野菜そのものがおいしかったです。 調味料だったり、作る側が決められるものは特に感動はありませんでした。 (半熟たまごにいくらが乗ってたものの味も家で作れると感じました。)
また、提供時間がかなりかかります。 入店人数を減らして、ひとりひとりの満足度を上げられる方がよいと感じます。
あと、ブックの管理はしてなさそうです。 自身もコースの予約ですねと言われましたが、アラカルトでしたので違いますとお話しました。
後に入ってきた2人組の女性も予約しているのに、席の移動をお願いするかもしれませんと言われていて、その方はちょっと不満そうな顔をしてたり。 (予約のサイトに時間制の表記などもない。)
