Today we visited Menya Sakurai! Speaking of ramen shops in Mitaka, ..!Here is a compact review of the ramen I'm interested in.
A word of review. The restaurant is a well-known restaurant in Mitaka, where you can enjoy a perfect bowl of crisp soy sauce.
【Access from the station It is a 10-minute walk from Mitaka Station. It is just the right distance for exercise.Located in a residential area, you will see a line of people waiting in front of the restaurant.
Seating The interior of the restaurant is simple, clean, and relaxing. The number of seats is small, but the turnover rate seems to be high.
Interior. The interior is simple, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere.
Dishes The special soy sauce ramen is not too strong, and the chicken-based soup stock is perfectly integrated with the soy sauce flavor. Combined with smooth, straight, thin noodles with high water content, the overall balance is excellent. The ingredients are also delicious, especially the three kinds of chashu pork, which is wonderful in terms of seasoning, texture, and aroma.

Specialities are Shoyu Ramen and Niboshi Ramen, but during the summers there is also a cold soup ramen.

Shoyu Ramen was a very rich soy sauce broth. If you get the large you'll enjoy the steamed chicken, char sui and egg for toppings.
Anyone looking to have a change from the typical chain shops around Tokyo should definitely make...

They offer 2 types of pork chasu and 1 type of chicken. They were all very tender and delicious, and so was the egg. The noodles had a good bite to them but were also a bit on the softer side.
With the shop being about a 15 minute walk from the nearest station, I'm not sure if I'll return unless I'm in the area. It is worth...
