We always passed by Sakura Kaiseki and finally decided to try it for our wedding anniversary lunch—and we are so glad we did!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The parking space was surprisingly wide and convenient. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. To our delight, they even offered to take our picture before guiding us to a private room, which made the experience feel extra special.

One of the things that truly stood out was their thoughtfulness. Our daughter has several food allergies, and the staff took great care to ensure that her meal was completely allergy-free. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our lunch without worry.

The course meal itself was absolutely delicious—each dish was beautifully prepared and perfectly balanced. We left deeply satisfied, both in taste and in service. As a wonderful surprise, before we settled our bill, they handed us a printed family picture as a present. Such a heartfelt gesture made our anniversary even more memorable.

先日はお世話になりました。 お食い初めと、義父の誕生日で利用しました。 義父には"お食い初め"としか伝えておらず、誕生日祝いはサプライズにしていたのに、お部屋に到着早々お誕生日おめでとう御座います！と言われその場が凍りつき、サプライズが台無しに。 前日に電話で義父の誕生日のサプライズでケーキを用意していてプレゼントと一緒に食後に持ってきてくださいと伝えているにも関わらず、到着早々そのようなミスがあり、謝罪もなし。 ケーキの持ち込みは無料とのことで事前に予約していたケーキを取りに行き、わざわざ早めにお店に着いてケーキとプレゼントを渡しているにも関わらず、なぜこのようなミスが起こるのか不思議。 私も同じ職種で働いていますが、正直ありえないミスであり、そのような大きなミスをしておきながら最後まで誰からも謝罪の一つもない事にとても残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。 普段悪い口コミは書かないようにしてますが、改善して頂きたくこちらにコメントさせていただきました。もう利用することはありませんが、サービスの向上を願います。 肝心の料理はお刺身がとても美味しかったが、その他は普通、お味噌汁がとても濃かったです。美味...
