Sukiya — Restaurant in Tokyo

Whenever I go to this place, the Sukiya shop, the first time we enter, no one is there to say welcome. I look for a place to eat inside the shop, but every table is covered with finished food, and no one is there to clean it. So, we ask the worker, "Where do we sit? Can you please show us where to sit?" The worker replies, "Sit down wherever you can." We feel very angry. The second time, a month later, we went there to eat again, but it was the same as the first visit. No one is there to welcome us, and no one cleans the tables. We sit down and wait for water, but they didn’t even serve us water. We waited from start to finish to drink the water we expected. After we finished eating, we went to the cashier, but no one was there, so we rang the bell. It took a long time for someone to come, and she didn’t say thank you or invite us to return. It's the worst customer service I have ever...

Nearby Ogi Ohasi station. On weekends and rush hours its very crowded and late service. So, if you got enough time to wait and not too much hungry, you can get in here at any time. Else check-in only if its not crowded. So that you will get served quickly. The dishes comes in various size (quantity) as small medium large and all. Take away also available. Good place to go with family and friends....

The location is very strategic at the crossroads and near Ogi Ohashi station. Because I am the Indonesian people, the food is less than I like. Maybe for the Japanese taste as it serves very good because many of which eat in place...
