Japanese Chain shop "Shabu Shabu" style experience.
Shabu Shabu is the step when you drag a thin slice of meat through hot water three times.
You select up to four different flavored water types. (Yuzu, cheese fondue, etc)
You than take meat ( chicken, pork, beef etc), vegetables or other things and boil it in that hot water.
Let it boil and after a while take it out, and dip it into one of the sauces you prepared ( onion base sauce, sesame sauce etc).
The possible combinations are literally endless, so your experience is never the same twice.
You have a huge buffet style choice of vegetables,. sauces, dressings, desserts including soft ice cream puddings, Hot and cold drinks, rice, Udon, curry.
On top of that there are options like sushi etc. So there really is something for everyone.
It's definitely an experience ! Keep in mind it can get messy, but perhaps that is how it is...
Read moreLiterally all you can eat in 2 hours. You can choose from different meat options in the beginning, which will be available non stop for the entirety of the time. Not the speak about the sheer mass of vegetables, noodles and sauces available to make the shabu shabu fitting exactly to your liking.

We ordered the 4-variety hot pot set, along with the duck course.
We mainly enjoyed the duck meat and beef misuji.
We were a group of three, and since everyone wanted different types of hot pot, being able to choose four varieties was incredibly convenient.
I'm all about sukiyaki—it's a must for me—but my wife isn't a big fan, so it worked out perfectly for our varied tastes!
There are plenty of sauces available, but honestly, the standard ponzu was all we needed—no issues there!
Sushi was all-you-can-eat too, but we were so full that we could only manage a little bit...
That said, the cat-shaped robot that delivers the meat is as impressive as ever! It's probably making life a lot easier for...
