Tai Kou Rou JIYUGAOKA — Restaurant in Tokyo

Second time visiting this restaurant; sadly the first visit the store was closed contrary to the advertised opening hours a couple months ago on a Saturday to many folk’s dismay.

This time around, the restaurant was open and since it was a weekday, there was available seating. Very affordable lunch set with a lower price if you pay cash only (around 1150 yen if I can recall correctly). Ordered their signature ramen which came with 2 giant pieces of gyoza and dessert. So far this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've visited in Japan. The menu may look common, but the taste itself is unordinary.

You can choose jasmine tea pot or water for free. The normal rice is huge for ¥275. The ambience is also very oriental Chinese alike.

1 more thing that suprises me, there was a waiter who speaks English fluently. The menu has English translation as well.
