小平市にある一橋学園駅のすぐそばに位置する町中華、たくみさんを訪れました。駅から歩いてすぐのところで、まるで昭和の時代にタイムスリップしたかのような懐かしい雰囲気が漂っています。店内に入ると、ほのかに漂うスパイスの香りに食欲がそそられ、ついお酒を注文したくなりましたが、この日は車での移動だったため我慢しました。次回こそは電車で訪れて、ゆっくりと楽しみたいと思います。 この日の注文は、野菜炒め、チャーハン、そして魚介豚骨ラーメンです。一品一品が非常にバランスの取れた味で、特に野菜炒めはシャキッとした歯ごたえがあり絶品でした。チャーハンは、パラパラとしたご飯が絶妙な塩加減で調理され、ラーメンは濃厚ながらもクリーミーなスープが非常に魅力的で、お腹も心も大満足の内容でした。

西武線の一橋学園駅の西口？線路沿いに車道がある方に出て、国分寺方面にチョッと歩くと、左手にあるお店です。 半地下みたいになってるので、パっと見分かりづらいですが、店前に旗が靡いてるので、それを目印に。

遅くまで営業してる中華料理さんで、様々なラーメン、定食～１品料理まで幅広いメニューがあります！ 基本、店長が１人で切り盛りしてるので、混雑時は多少の待ち時間もありますが、そこはご了承を(笑)

自分は炒飯がオススメで、値段も安く(ワンコインだったかな？)、ボリュームもあるのに美味しい🎵 呑んだ帰りに立ち寄る事が多いので、たまに食べきれない時がありますが、テイクアウトもさせてくれるので、女性１人でも気軽に立ち寄れるお店だと思いますょ！
