This is a Japanese traditional style restaurant. You take your shoes off at the door and put them in lockers. We had a booth in a private like setting. It was very comfortable and the servers are friendly and helpful. The menu has a wide variety and we found everything to be delicious. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all and prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. I highly recommend this place...

Very nice ambiance with Japanese style closed off rooms and casual pricing.

There is a wide variety of Japanese dishes, including meat dishes, tempura, sushi/ sashimi, cooked fish, and noodles. I’m pretty sure each individual would find something that appeases their appetite.

Tokujuan is a semi-formal family restaurant, boasting private rooms and a minimal contact ordering system utilizing numbered items on a paper menu and a tablet for placing orders that are delivered by a server. 2023/01/25 お昼の13時ごろ、初めての訪問です。 いきなりですが、入口の引き戸がやたら重いです。 自動ドアではないのはいいのですが、 お年寄りや、女性にはきつそうでした。 この辺から、気になることが、、、 もう一枚、やや重めの横に引く扉をあけて玄関へ。 少し奥まったところの受付内には、 忙しくペンを動かしている矢羽根袴の女性。 そのまま顔も上げず早口で何か言ってます。 近くの従業員に言っているのか、 私に言っているのか、マスクをされているからか、 よくわかりません。 今度は顔をこちらに向け、先ほどより大きな声で、 「靴を脱いでお待ちください！」 あ、俺か(^^;　なんだか怒られた気分。 こんな入店でした。多分忙しかったんでしょうね。 食事の注文をして、ドリンクバーへ、 コーヒーをいれに行ったら、 コーヒーメーカーが壊れて使えません。 いつ直るのか聞いても、 回答は「わかりません。」の一言。 仕方ないのでアイスコーヒーにして、 食後に温かいのをと思ったら、直ってました。 とかね。 運悪く、こんなことも重なってしまいました。 食事の内容は、悪くないと思いますし、 通された部屋は一人なのに個室だし文句はないです。 ほかにも気づきはありますが、 まずは、従業員の対応が残念でした。 トラブルも対応次第で印象が変わるものですから、 頑張ってほしいです。 次に行くかは、残念ながらいまのところ正直微妙かなぁ～。
