What a fabulous little French bistro in Chofu. We had amazing mussels in white wine cream sauce, excellent steak & frites, pan seared sea bream on ratatouille. The shepherds pie was tasty. Most memorable item for me was the basque blue cheese cake 🍰. So delightful. The only down point was the owner couldn’t serve butter due to Covid?!!! Hard to comprehend.
