ジョイフル本田富里店にて買い物を終えて表に出たら丁度、昼食時。 実のところ自分的にはラーメンモード！ 目に飛び込んで来たのがやよい軒のメニュー看板、その中でも"味噌"と"モツ"のキーワードに引き止められて気が付いたら券売機の前に居ました❗️

ここにアップするつもりはさらさら無かったもので正式な料理名は覚えていませんが、「牛モツ味噌野菜定食」っぽいお名前だったような・・・スミマセン。 一応、習慣で写真を１枚だけですが撮りましたので載せときます。

４月と言えどまだ肌寒い日もあって、正に今日もそれでして、熱々の野菜が嬉しい。また期待してた以上にモツの脂が甘い。また別皿の辛味噌での途中味変が良い❗️
