食事処民宿 桂月 — Restaurant in Towada

We were on our way to Lake Towada and decided to sleep at this guesthouse as it was getting dark. The family-owned guesthouse is super friendly, helpful and had clean facilities. Our bikes were stored in a garage, away from the rain, which we appreciated.

We stayed in a traditional Ryokan style room that was cozy and even had a water boiler running for warm tea! 🍵 The meal provided were delicious and filling. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Very quiet inn, when we were there the place seemed totally empty. Pretty delicious breakfast was provided and they also had dinner available but we went elsewhere nearby. Friendly BnB with a restaurant (we had breakfast in the morning and it was good). We visited in the fall and the place was basically empty! Had no issue with that though as it was very peaceful and cozy while it was pouring rain outside all night.
