長時間待たされ、提供されたものが注文した物と異なりました(2024.1.7利用) 提供された物の方が払った料金よりも安く、食べたかった物も食べられず不快な気持ちでいっぱいです。 他の人にオススメしないし、二度と行くことはありません。

ヤンニョムチキンが食べたくなり、車を30分弱走らせ、買いに行きました。 ヤンニョムチキン8Pとハニーガーリックを3P頼みましたが、ハニーガーリックを準備するのに13分ほどかかると言われ、ハニーガーリックはキャンセルさせていただきました。 しかし、待つと言われていないヤンニョムチキンの提供が25分ほどかかり、それならキャンセルせずに頼んでおけば良かったと後悔しています。 商品の受け取り後、帰宅し、チキンの箱を開けるとヤンニョムチキンは入っておらずオリーブチキンが入っていました。 ハニーチキンはキャンセルしたのに長時間待たされ、料金を支払っているヤンニョムチキンさえ食べれませんでした。 これでオリーブチキンとヤンニョムチキンの料金が同じだったらまだしも、安い物を提供されたという事実にさらに憤りを感じます。 返金処理か正しい注文した物の提供をして欲しかったですが、気づいた時間が遅く店舗に向かうにしても閉店時間を過ぎてしまうため、何の措置...
