Ordering with tablets was convenient and let us take our time. The food was quick to arrive! The tea pitchers at the table were a refreshing change. The ramen was good, but a bit one note. The gyoza were a good price but a bit more greasy than flavourful. When you get the spicy one, you better want it spicy! ;)

It was my first stop in Japan and I'd be very happy to go back there. Even they didn't speak English they make their best to make it work. They have English menu though. The ramen was delicious and awesome service!

ディナータイムに行きました。 ダシの効いた醤油味は深い味わいがあって、付いてくるもみじおろしとの相性も良くて、またお肉がチャーシューでなく豚バラ肉なのも和風味にピッタリで美味しいです。が、このあっさり感は、パンチが物足りず、半分も食べないうちな飽きてきました。 一緒にチャーハンと餃子も注文しましたが、チャーハンは鉄板で出てきて、チャーハンに敷かれている玉子を自分で混ぜかして食べるのですが、焼きたてアツアツと美味しいのですが、これもまたパンチが足りず味気ないです。 餃子は普通です。 辛子高菜漬けが食べ放題なのは嬉しかったです。薄味ラーメンにパンチを効かせるのにちょうど良い薬味になりました。

白豚骨(熟成醤油)を食べました。１口目のスープを飲んだ時、豚骨だし湯？を更に白湯で薄めた様な味の無い、ほぼ白湯を飲んでるようでした。 同席者が肉入りの醤油ラーメンを食べていたので 味見をさせてもらうと、とても濃厚で美味しかったです。 店員に言おうか…迷ったけど同席者が「お前のくちがおかしいかもしれないから黙っとけ。でもそれにしても薄いなぁ。」と言うので、失礼かと思い黙ってテーブルの上にあった餃子のタレを入れ我慢して食べましたが、やはり納得いかず会計時に聞いてみました。 店員は「全てのラーメンに熟成醤油が入っています。入れ忘れたかもしれない。」と返答ありました。 どうやら、バイトが作ったと言うことでしたが、誰が作ろうが手順は決まっているのだから、もぅ少し責任と緊張感をもち...
