Visiting this bar is an experience. The focus is on creating an atmosphere of calm and enjoyment. The proprietor’s expertise, creativity, and hospitality shine through. The quality of the cocktails is among the best I have ever had. While I didn’t venture off menu, I imagine he can make any thing you want but in an elevated fashion. A must visit for those that enjoy a well made cocktail. Expect ¥1600 - ¥2000 per drink. There are also some light food options which I did not happen to try. Limit of 4 people at the bar to aid the experience. ¥500 cover charge.

元同職場の方と食事の後にその方の案内で伺いました。カウンター席８つと２人掛けテーブル席２つほどのお若いご夫婦がやっている和やかな雰囲気のお店。 いつものようにどこのバーに入ってもオーダーするモスコミュールとスコッチをいただきました。このお店のモスコミュールも独特でフルーティでバランスがとても良い味と飲み心地でした。 訪れたときペルーを行き来しているご夫婦（奥さんがペルー人）が先にカウンターに腰掛けておられ、その方からペルーのブラックコーンウィスキーなるものを初めて試飲させていただきました。まるでコニャックのような、それ以上に深みと広がりのある甘い香りに驚愕！ 日本にはほとんど入っていないというものを初体験させていただきました。 最高の経験てした。 尚、元職場の方と一緒だったからかもしれませんが、とても雰囲気とコスパの良い大正解なお店でした。

Have never had a cocktail in the United States to rival what I had here. Ran by a couple who work in tandem to create an absolutely marvelous experience. No matter your liquor of choice, they are able to craft a beautifully refined and balanced drink. The care the owner takes in developing his menu is immediately evident. Utilizes seasonal, local ingredients to create new cocktails, as well as elevate standard cocktails to new heights. Whenever I come to Toyota City I will make it a point to...

I was made uncomfortable by the bartender's attitude. It's a shame because the atmosphere of the restaurant and the cocktail menu were wonderful. I won't go there again and I won't recommend...
