Food was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly and all the side dishes were excellent. The salad and drink bars had lots of variety but maybe a little too much as I did have a lot of the food and felt a little unwell afterwards. The major downside to the experience was the customer service from one waitress in particular. This restaurant is a place where you write your name down on a piece of paper and specify how many people are dining. I wrote down my name and sat down to wait. The waitress came to the sheet and read out what I later found out was my name but at the time I didn’t know it was me because she absolutely butchered it. I have a very Japanese name which is quite easy to pronounce so I was so surprised she messed up that badly. It was even close to how it was pronounced. I obviously didn’t say anything as I didn’t recognise it as my name. The waitress then had the audacity to pick up the piece of paper and show it to everyone waiting to see if it was them. She showed me the paper and she pointed to the wrong name. She pointed to a name a few spots above me. At this point the waitress moved on to the next name. This turned out to be the diners that came in after me. The next diners were called in. At this point, I had to talk to the waitress to see when my turn came. She said I already called your name and I was like you didn’t because I thought she didn’t. She pointed to a name which was my name. At that point I was furious because not only had she butchered my name, she also pointed to the wrong name when she picked up the paper. I didn’t say anything to be polite. This experience definitely gave me second thoughts on this place. I will only come back if that waitress is...

【衛生面気にする人にはあんまり⤵︎⤵︎】 直近の数日前は、ファミリーで来店のお母さんがサラダバーのデザートの方に向いてノーマスクで、小2ぐらい？の息子に、どれがいいか聞く。男の子はゲホゲホ、口元とデザートの高さが同じ。食べる気はなくなった。

今回は、白人女性がサラダバーのスイカを🍉手づかみでお皿へ。汁がついた手を親指、人差し指しゃぶったのを見てムカついたし、気分がなえた。トングがあるのに。

人が多いタイミングで行くから嫌なシーンに出くわすのかな。 案内された席の近くには、ゴホ、ゴホ、何度もノーマスクで咳払いのがたいのデカい子供。 手で口元隠すならまだ可愛いけど、しない。 というわけで、夏休み中は、もう行かない。

【今だけディナータイムだけすいか🍉あり】 カットの仕方は、ある日は普通に。 またある日は、真ん中から放射線状に。 スタッフによりカットの仕方が異なる？ どちらの切り方もお客には嬉しい厚切り。 けど、放射線状に切られたのは更に厚切りだから、トングでつかみづらかったのか、だからか知らないが白人女性が手づかみ、指なめていた。汚い⤵︎。

【がんこハンバーグ】は、いつもテッパン。美味しい。 【がんこハンバーグ＆ガーリックシュリンプ】 居酒屋のガーリックシュリンプとは味付けが全く異なり、ガーリックより絡めてあるタレ味が濃く、塩味がキツイ。そこに、玉ねぎベースの濃いタレが添えてある。しょっぱい。 【パリパリチキン＋ブロンコセット】 ソースを別で提供されるけど、個人的には ソース全般的に、イマイチな気がする。 卓上の塩で食べたら美味しかったけど、それもマルドンの塩で食べたかった。 パリパリというけど、言うほどパリパリではなかった。中身はジューシィー。 大盛のり子さんがほぼ毎日食べるとかで、そんなに？と思って食べてみたけど、ヘルシーなので、ボリュームには欠けるかな。

【付け合わせのフライドポテト】 こちらの店舗は良い時もあれば、油ビチャビチャの時、或いはカスみたいな小さく短いのがあったり、今回は乾いたような物だった。

【大かまどごはん＆スープはいつも美味しい】スープちゃんと熱々だから良い。
