The foods and drinks are probably not strict organics, but definitely health-oriented (no intentional spray or unnecessary injection), so don’t expect any artificial or chemical flavors, like Cokes or the porous but oil-soaked French fries (like M*nald’s), and better yet, it is all-you-can-eat (though the time is limited to 90 mins if the bookings overwhelm them.) I recommend to call up before dropping by to check if the reservation is necessary. If it is, they chop the time from 17:30 by 90 mins, i.e., you can start your dinner only from 17:30, 19:00, 20:30, and so on. They seem to preserve some sheets for people without reservation, but the number is quite limited. They accept major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, AmEx, etc., so you may not have to bring in your heavy wallet. The staff were very helpful in identifying the dishes without meat for me (a vegetarian). The food was fresh and tasted great - in particular, the pumpkin, tempura and a salad we could put together ourselves were great. Their desserts and ice cream were also top class.
Though vegetables are represented very well in the dishes, many of them had some meat/chichen/shrimp component in them. I would have appreciated more options fully suited for vegetarians and vegans.
