This place is so interesting and unique… the location, the architecture, the smell, the food… all incredible. It’s hard to explain, but I’ve never been anywhere quite like it. You can feel the history and the craftsmanship as soon as you walk in. It made for the perfect destination for a cruise up into the mountains. It’s not exactly close to… well, anything, but I’d absolutely recommend it if you’re near...

Delicious Hitachi wagyu. We came here for lunch and the lunch set was really good. The price is a bit expensive but reasonable and the service is great. The down side is the place is really old and toilet is...

Hitachi beef was very soft and delicious. The building relocated from Shirakawa-go is also GOOD. It is said that it has just resumed, but hopefully the outer garden will be well maintained. ...

茨城県にある「ひたち野」さんで、ランチに常陸牛のひつまぶしをいただきました。 お店は落ち着いた和の雰囲気で、席の間隔もゆったり。静かで上品な空間の中で、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができます。 注文した常陸牛ひつまぶしは、見た目からして豪華で食欲をそそります。 一口食べると、甘めで濃厚なタレがしっかりと絡み、常陸牛の旨味が際立つ味わい。 肉質は柔らかく、噛むほどに脂の甘みが広がります。 途中で薬味を加えて味を変えながら楽しめ、最後は出汁をかけてお茶漬け風に。 濃い味に少し疲れてきたタイミングで出汁を注ぐと、まろやかで優しい味に変わり、まさに〆にぴったり。 一膳の中で「濃厚→爽やか→上品」と三段階の味変が楽しめるのが魅力的でした。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、料理の説明もわかりやすく、観光客でも入りやすい印象。 落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、地元のブランド牛を堪能できるお店です。
