It was lunch time, close to 12. We went with our hungry children (age 5 & 1) and the waiters took 20 mins to even come to our table. When they did, the dishes we wanted to eat was either finished or not severed on that day ( wish they had some kind of notice telling us that. We are fluent in Japanese, FYI). Nice family-friendly Yoshoku (Japanized "Western" Meals) restaurant that seems like a local favorite in Tsukuba.
