I love baked sweet potato and have heard how great this place is numerous times. I first tried it last year when it was almost impossible to get a freshly-baked potato during the weekends, and I thought it was alright. Went again today for the first time since that visit, and it was fairly empty given the pandemic. It was easy to get a fresh potato, but it's so... SO dry and bleh. I got the beni azuma, because I've had so many beni tenshi from supermarkets already, and I expected it to be light and fluffy, certainly drier than the tenshi variety but... Wow, I haven't had such a dry, bland potato since the first time I tried baking my own sweet potato. Hoping the frozen daigaku imo...

つくば駅から車で約10分の場所にある 「蔵出・焼き芋かいつか」さんへ！ 今回はお店で焼き芋ソフトクリームラテを テイクアウトでポテトアップルパイ 大学芋、特選蔵(紅天使)を買いました。

この日は閉店30分前にお店に到着したため カフェメニューのスイーツが終了しており ドリンクメニューのみとのことでした。 焼き芋ソフトクリームラテは焼き芋ラテに 焼き芋ソフトを乗せた豪華バージョン！ 焼きソフトは優しい焼き芋の甘さとミルクの 相乗効果で間違いのない美味しさで 焼き芋ラテは甘さ控えめですがしっかり 芋感が感じられてクセになる味わいです！

テイクアウトした大学芋は冷めても ホクホクした食感のお芋に絶妙な塩梅の 甘塩っぱいタレが合わさり絶品です！ ポテトアップルパイはお芋の優しい甘さと アップルの甘酸っぱさが相まった 食べ応えのあるお芋スイーツです！ 特選蔵は独自のブランド「紅天使」という 最高糖度47度もある焼き芋だそうです！ すごくネットリとした粘度のある食感で 甘みが口の中に広がり至福の味わいです！

I have not yet tried all the products. But so far the sweet potato and the purple-drinks are good. Corious about other products yet one of them contains margarin, that should be further checked by me as a Moslem because it can be animal-derivative products...
