Lotteria fast food is some of the most under-rated in Japan. If you want a fast food burger, it really is one of the best places. The burger patties are always seasoned with ample amounts of spice and black pepper; the buns taste fresh and are warm and soft; finally, the cheese seems much higher quality than what is found at other fast food joints. ソイBBQチーズバーガーをいただきました。比較対象の本物のハンバーグ自体、肉以外のつなぎをある程度使用しているものなので、自分がこれまでに食べた代替肉製品の中では一番違和感が無く、満足度も比較的高いものでした。いわゆる「安いハンバーグ」との比較であれば、それほど違わないと思います。色々と有利な条件が揃っているとは言え、某大手ラーメンチェーンの餅みたいな食感の代替肉チャーシューに比べれば、非常に良く出来ていると思います。

今年は秋にジビエ鹿肉バーガーが登場したので、早速いただきました。鹿肉ハンバーグパティは結構肉感があっていいですね。下のエゾ鹿ラグーソースはガラムマサラを使っているので、どことなくカレーっぽいスパイシーな味です。
