An amazing French dining experience in Uchiko, Ehime Japan! This restaurant is like a secret hideaway! A beautiful restaurant with a clean and modern interior, and a cozy atmosphere in which you can feel the warmth of natural wood. They make sure to ask if there is any food you can’t eat or if you have any allergies when you make a reservation. Many of the dishes come out looking like works of art; they are very pretty and creative. When you eat, there are so many different flavors it’s as if you can actually see the chef experimenting and tweaking everything that’s happening on their palate while they create, and test, and perfect the food. It is so delicious. This is the best French cuisine I have ever had. I love the changing menu every time and that the chef uses seasonal local produce (not only fresh vegetables and fish but they also include game meat).
