I stopped by H’s Cream hoping for a comforting coffee mocha, but what I got was closer to a dessert in a cup than a balanced beverage.

The shop itself is cute and clearly popular with fans of ultra-sweet treats—think candy-colored drinks and towering sundaes that would thrill any sweet tooth. But if you’re looking for something more classic or less sugary, you might want to clarify your order.

My mocha arrived looking picture-perfect, but one sip and I felt like I’d accidentally ordered liquid cake. It would be a major improvement if they simply asked customers about sweetness preferences. Even a “less sweet” or “no syrup” option would go a long way toward making it more versatile for a broader audience.

Service was friendly and fast, and the menu is clearly designed for indulgence. Just know what you’re getting into before you order.

おお！ まさしく本格的なチョコレート味！

一気に目が覚めました！
