洋食ビストロ コパン — Restaurant in Uji

With only the owner and the server working at lunchtime, the wait time is long. We were too polite to leave when we realized how long the wait time was going to be, so we decided to wait. We ordered the steak lunch set and the sweet ginger pork set. The beef and the shrimp were really tasty; I just wished they served more rice!

There are not many restaurants around the station, so maybe the owner can make improvements in the future, as it can get really busy during lunchtime.

初めて利用しましたが、二度と行く気にはなりません。
日頃、レビューは書きませんが今回の対応について、とても驚きましたので、投稿しました。 利用は、6月6日のランチです。
各テーブルには写真付きのメニューが置いてあり、3種類のランチメニュー（海老フライ＋ナポリタンｏｒカットステーキｏｒハンバーグ　いずれも1,680円）から、ナポリタンとカットステーキを注文しました。（ナポリタンはライス無し、カットステーキ、ハンバーグはライス付き）

私が注文した料理が運ばれて来た時に、ライスの量が私には少なく感じたので『ライスのお替わりは出来ますか？』と尋ねたら、お店の女性の方が『出来ますよ』とのお返事だったので、ご飯は一度お替わりしました。 会計は妻が済ませました。

帰宅してから、妻が『言おうか、言わないか、迷ったけど・・』と、話し難そうに迷った挙句『お昼のランチのお替わりのライスが４５０円だった』と。 今思えば、『ライスのお替わりは無料ですか？』と聞いたら良かったのですが、店側から『有料になってしまいますが・・』との説明も無く、てっきりご飯のお替わりが追加料金無しだ思い、その時は『有難いな』って思いました。 昨今、食材や特にお米の値上げが目に余り価格転嫁される事は理解していますが、お替わりのお茶碗一杯分の値段が４５０円は高過ぎるし、なぜ追加料金がかかると価格の説明をしなかったのか、後から非常に気分が悪くなりました。
