I came here on a recommendation from a friend and thought the Tonkotsu ramen was excellent. The noodles are perfect and the base is a good balance of soy and pork flavor. The pork charshu was very very very good. There are condiments on the table if you want to add garlic or chili sauce or pepper, etc. Fast service but you have to buy the ticket from the machine first.
