Tout simplement exquis. L'un des meilleurs ramen que j'ai pût manger. Le porc était tendre et se coupait comme du beurre, le bouillon au sel était parfumé et pile à la bonne température. Les nouilles, bien qu'ayant longuement mariné dans la soupe restaient bien ferme. Le service ,lui, était au petit ognion avec nous, le personnel nous a offert des boissons ainsi qu'un magnifique chahan qui était, soit dit en passant, exceptionnel. 初上陸。 前の道を通っていて 車がいつもかなり止まってるから 気になっていた店です(｀･ω･´)ゞ 女性店主が、1人で切り盛りしてる模様。

オススメを聞いたら 味の誤魔化せない 『塩』がオススメと言うので 相当、自信があるのが伺えた😆

なので、塩ラーメンと唐揚げのセットに 単品のチャーハンを注文。 連れの先輩は、 塩ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットを 注文した。

5分も経たずに ラーメンが着丼。

思っていた通りに美味い♥ チャーシューも市販の適当なやつじゃなくて、しっかりと仕事のされた チャーシューです(｀･ω･´)ゞ 柔らかくてトロトロ♥

麺の茹で加減もバッチリ。 硬すぎず、柔らかすぎず👍

そこに、唐揚げと半ライスが、着丼。

単品で食べたくなる 濃い味の唐揚げ(｀･ω･´)ゞ だから、ご飯に合う合う♥

最後に、チャーハンが着丼。 美味しいチャーハンだが 油は多めでパラパラとまではいかないが 味は絶品♥♥
